O que você irá fazer

  • Strategic Goal Management Formulate comprehensive annual, quarterly, and monthly performance plans for the sales region in alignment with corporate - wide objectives.
  • Continuously monitor, collect, and analyze sales performance data across the region.
  • Identify performance variances and develop actionable improvement strategies.
  • Regularly present performance reports to senior management.

  • Customer Relationship Oversight Routinely assess and ensure the sales department''s adherence to established customer relationship management practices.
  • Provide feedback and training as needed to enhance customer - facing activities.
  • Systematically track, measure, and report on sales leads, including the number of leads generated and conversion rates within the region.
  • Provide insights to optimize lead management.

  • Lead and Opportunity Tracking Establish and maintain an effective tracking system for leads and business opportunities.
  • Regularly summarize and communicate the progress and status of lead nurturing and opportunity development to regional leadership.

  • Project Initiation and Evaluation Thoroughly review the completeness and accuracy of project initiation materials for all relevant projects.
  • Organize and facilitate project initiation reviews for non - corporate - level projects, ensuring proper evaluation and decision - making.

  • Sales Project Management Take charge of writing commercial bids for non - corporate - level projects and preparing comprehensive bid documents.
  • Timely provide bid - opening information and closely monitor the entire bidding process to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Handle all aspects of contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring the integrity and enforce-ability of contracts.
  • Manage the invoicing process, payment collection, and actively follow up on overdue payments and bad debt situations.

  • Order Management and Logistics Closely monitor and track the shipment and delivery progress of overseas orders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays in the order fulfillment process.

  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting Regularly collect, analyze, and consolidate regional sales forecast information.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts to the headquarters to support strategic planning and resource allocation.

  • LTC Process Implementation and Optimization Conduct in - depth training sessions on LTC process within the region to ensure proper implementation.
  • Continuously monitor the execution of LTC processes, identify bottlenecks or issues, and take corrective actions to optimize workflow.

  • Exhibition and Event Support Provide professional front - desk services for exhibitions and trade shows, including managing customer lists and interactions.
  • Take the lead in handling customer reception and planning and executing various business events within the region.

  • Operational Support Activities Assist in coordinating customer reception efforts and participate in both internal and external audit processes.

  • Administrative and Support Functions Organize and manage department meetings, seminars, and other events.
  • This includes comprehensive preparation, such as setting agendas, and thorough follow - up, such as distributing minutes.
  • Manage the document stamping process for sales - related documents, ensuring proper authorization.
  • Assist the sales department with expense reimbursement procedures, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
  • Oversee the proper distribution, archiving, and management of various departmental documents, ensuring easy retrieval and record - keeping.
  • Qualifications: A bachelor''s degree or higher in business, operations management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in regional operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with cross - functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English is an essential requirement.
  • Chinese is also needed as a working language, and a good command of the local language in the region is highly preferred.
  • High proficiency in using office tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with advanced features and functions to enhance productivity and streamline work processes.
