O que você irá fazer

  • Oversee sales of products within your assigned region, develop and manage distributors, and achieve sales targets.

  • Market Intelligence : Gather local market and competitor information to identify and select suitable agent channels.

  • Distributor Training : Train and guide distributors in market development and hospital visits, ensuring you capture valuable end-user feedback.

  • Brand Promotion : Develop and execute local brand-building and promotional strategies, including participation in trade shows and hands-on training sessions.
  • 5.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Assist in the local registration of products to ensure sales are conducted in compliance with regulations.
  • Qualifications :1.
  • Education : Bachelor''s degree or higher, with a minimum of 3 years of international sales experience in medical devices.
  • 2.
  • Language Proficiency : Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Prior experience living or studying abroad, especially in the local region, is a plus.

  • Analytical Skills : Clear logical analysis and judgment capabilities, with outstanding interpersonal communication and influence.
