ResponsibilitiesManages assigned channel partners in Brazil and monitors their performance using measurement indicators such as: actual sales performance versus quota, y-o-y performance, investment in infrastructure, personnel, and responsiveness to inquiries made by Shure Associates.
  • Helps guiding channel partners regarding appropriate product mix, inventory levels, forecasting, sales strategies, and market development initiatives.
  • Supports in identifying and evaluating potential channel partners.
  • Manages Market Development associate to generate demand and leads.
  • Reviews key channel partner programs regarding performance versus annual goal, discusses areas of concern or success with appropriate representatives, and proposes action plans to correct substandard performance.
  • Prepares regular reports and presentations on channel activities, performance, and forecasts.
  • Develops and implements an effective schedule of sales trips and events.
  • Plans and monitors expense budgets according to fiscal year objectives.
  • Provide regular communication and support to partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources, and information to effectively sell and support our products/services.
  • Addresses partner concerns and resolves conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Monitors competitive activities, introduction of new competitive products, changes in sales patterns, or policies of competitors and develops actions to meet competitive activities as required.
  • Works with Marketing team to develop channel-driven end-user promotional activities and campaigns consistent with Corporate brand development goals.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials tailored for channel partners.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in channel management (essential), sales, or a related field.
  • People management skill required.
  • Understanding of Brazilian audio industry, a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of audio principles and products a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP software a plus.
  • Organized, with excellent follow-up credentials.
  • Self-motivated with demonstrable leadership ability.
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
  • Ability to travel minimum 75% of time.
  • Language Skills: Portuguese required, English desired.
