  • Position Overview Tea Forté is a global luxury tea brand recognized as the ultimate tea experience.
  • To support its growth, we are hiring a remote Sales Manager reporting to the Vice President of Sales.
  • Key Responsibilities Expand distribution of our tea products in retail, focusing on high-end/luxury retailers.
  • Collaborate with international and national hotel and restaurant chains (25+ locations) for tea sales.
  • Lead cross-functional strategies to appeal to luxury consumers and retailers.
  • Grow new distributor partnerships, including broadliners and specialty/luxury channels.
  • Develop beverage programs with National Accounts, independents, and luxury retailers.
  • Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting accurately.
  • Innovate to create new revenue streams within the channel.
  • Gather and analyze customer and prospect data.
  • Monitor market, customer, and competitor activity; provide feedback to leadership.
  • Coordinate with marketing to support channel and partner programs.
  • Develop and execute Annual Operating Plans aligned with strategic growth via Key Account Planning.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term brand presence.
  • Assess product marketability based on customer needs.
  • Understand account P&L and collaborate on profitability improvements.
  • Ensure brand consistency and sustainable growth emphasizing profitability and ROI.
  • Qualifications Minimum 10 years of B2B sales and management experience.
  • Strong contacts and experience in luxury retail and/or hospitality industries.
  • Financial acumen with P&L development experience.
  • Proven ability to engage with Food & Beverage buyers across categories.
  • Skills and Experience Results-driven, strategic seller with a robust network in luxury/retail and hotel/restaurants.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building and scaling businesses.
  • Experience with trade shows like NRA, Fancy Food, etc.
  • Outgoing personality and team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to develop multi-year sales plans and manage annual budgets.
  • Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and advanced Excel features.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and tactical skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated.
  • Supportive of Tea Forté brand advocacy.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to change.
  • Willingness to travel nationally (25-40%).
