O que você irá fazer

  • Your focus will be on commercial ownership, pursuing new opportunities by servicing existing or securing new customers, while being the main responsible for internal project kick-offs, tendering, and the closure of new contracts at favorable commercial terms.
  • You will be part of a multicultural team that takes pride in its open-minded and collaborative culture.
  • Together, you are responsible for handling some of the largest and most complex wind turbine projects in Brazil.
  • What are your responsibilities Strategic sales management - build and grow sales pipeline and establish key connections externally to customers and investors.
  • Close dialogue with customers to ensure a good understanding of the customers project, the business case, and customer satisfaction.
  • Gather knowledge such as competitor activity, support systems for wind energy, and customers' international activities.
  • Coordinate tenders and negotiations - ensuring closing on contracts within targets for revenue and margins.
  • Support in projecting and coordinating the sales process throughout the bidding process, ensuring timely passage through the stages of the sales process.
  • Support in mobilizing, coaching, and supervising the extended sales team consisting of core internal functions.
  • Support in developing, organizing, and implementing the sales strategy and capture plan for each account or transaction.

  • from the industry; however, investment banking or consulting experiences will also be considered.
  • Good understanding of how to work in a corporate matrix structure.
  • Experience in translating business needs into an achievable sales strategy.
  • Solid educational background within a relevant business, engineering, or finance degree at Master level, supplemented ideally by an MBA from an esteemed university.
  • Competencies: Effective communicator and an active listener.
  • Solid strategic capabilities with deep commercial understanding and deal-making capabilities.
  • Good collaborator - willing to learn and develop, but still attain high integrity and credibility.
  • Able to remain professional and keep a motivated mindset when needed.
  • Culture affinity and a great portion of empathy.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
