  • Our creative loyalty programs enhance the engagement of the consumers with the retailer and we take away any risk for the retailer due to our global scale.
  • **Your team and responsibilities**BrandLoyalty is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to further develop our business in Brazil and beyond.

  • When possible again, you will travel frequently within the country as well as internationally to always be there for our clients, consumers, and colleagues.
  • - Develop new business within Brazil and grow the current client portfolio within the food retail industry and drive sales according to strategy and budget; - Continuously identify,create structured plans and execute sales activities to achieve sales forecasts and net margin targets for the region; - Create strong relationships at multi-level within the clients organization and be able to successfully turn this into a strategic long-term partnership; - Liaising closely with team members from multiple teams and offices to ensure consistency and continuity in the delivery of loyalty programs.
  • **Requirements**:**What qualities do you bring?**- Entrepreneurial Sales Manager with 5+ years of experience within sales, preferably in solution selling connected to Retail/FMCG or Marketing advertising; - Bachelor/ University degree; - Fluent in English and Portuguese; - Analytical;- Proven track record in successful new business development due to your consultative approach with a focus on clients and consumers; - Opportunistic personality with great problem-solving skills and a persistent and persuasive approach; - Self-motivated professional with a winners mentality while being a team player by heart; - Hands-on approach takes initiative and driven to go the extra mile; - Constantly challenge yourself and your colleagues to deliver the best results and be a reliable partner; - Willing to travel frequently.
