  • Sales Manager DG, Brazil JinkoSolar (NYSE: JKS) is one of the worlds largest solar module manufacturers.
  • We distribute our solar products and sell our solutions and services to a diversified international utility, commercial and residential customer base all over the world.
  • We are expanding our team and are currently looking for a Sales Manager DG, with Hybrid work.
  • Job Description Position Name: Sales Manager DG Area: International Sales Region: Latin America and Italy Report to: General Manager Latin America and Italy Position Requirements Education: Business administration, Engineering, Finances.
  • Knowledge: PV Market Local Energetic Laws for his/her country.
  • Experience: Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles.
  • Demonstrable experience and results in the country market.
  • At least 2 years in successful sales positions.
  • Language requirements: English is a must, plus native in the local language.
  • Position Aim: The Sales Manager is responsible for the sales within his/her territory; being able to find, recognize, keep and generate loyalty in customers.
  • His/her responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with their portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Sales Managers will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of Jinko Products per customer needs.
  • Position Responsibilities: Operate as point of contact for all matters specific to his/her customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Jinko Products according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare Forecast and track key account metrics, to plan future actions and understand and ask for the necessary resources for achieving his/her goals.
  • Create an alternative scenario, in case that he/she is not able to achieve the metrics with the first plan, for having another option to still achieve personal goals.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company employees, including Technical service, logistics, BMO, etc.
  • to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • With Marketing help, conduct market research to understand the needs, types of customers, competition, etc.
  • Assist Business Development and Marketing Department in Co-Marketing activities, including local events.
  • Calculate customer demand and predict sales for his/her territory.
