O que você irá fazer

  • Position: Sales Manager/ Country Operations Manager Responsabilities: Serve as the primary representative for the company in the country, building relationships with key distributors, agents and other partners.
  • Collaborate with customers, answer their questions, and solve their problems.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish and expand the company's footprint in the local market, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
  • Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and P&L management for the local subsidiary.
  • Lead local hiring and personnel management, creating a cohesive team to support production and business activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards, particularly in safety and environmental practices.
  • Collaborate with the HQ team to ensure business activities align with growth targets and company strategies.
  • Report regularly to Headquarters, providing insights on market trends, competitor activities,and performance metrics.
  • Certificação Conhecimento Qualifications and Experience: Technical experience in a dye house laboratory or dyestuff production setting.
  • Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role, with strong skills in business development and team management.
  • Excellent knowledge of dyestuff handling, formulation, color matching, and safety protocols.
  • Strategic and financial acumen to drive business growth and manage budgets.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with customers, team members, and corporate leadership.
  • Written and spoken English communication skills; proficiency in other regional languages is an advantage.
  • Preferred Skills: Bachelors degree chemical engineering or related field.
  • Knowledge of powder handling equipment and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in quality control tools and testing procedures specific to dyestuff manufacturing.
