  • If you are a results-driven sales leader with relevant industry experience, we invite you to apply.
  • Responsibilities Lead all sales and business development activities in the industrial sector across South America, including direct customer engagement and distributor management.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company''s presence in the region, ensuring sustainable business growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities and drive the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, ensuring that targets and revenue objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Represent the company at regional trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and technical support, to optimize customer solutions.
  • Provide regular market insights, competitive analysis, and sales reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Serve as the companys key representative in the South American market, taking full ownership of regional sales operations and business expansion.
  • Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the industrial sector.
  • Experience in X-ray detectors, X-ray components, industrial NDT, or inspection systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to drive sales strategies from planning to successful execution.
  • Business-level proficiency in English; Chinese is plus Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and establish the companys presence in a new region.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within South America as required.
