  • We are in a growth phase and are seeking an experienced Director, Sales, Brazil who thrives in a fast-paced global team environment.
  • To succeed in this role, you should have proven success expanding market share, building strong customer relationships and managing existing accounts with deep knowledge of communication technology - _if this sounds like you, wed like to meet you!_YOUR MISSION- You will lead our sales efforts in some accounts of Brazil to drive revenue growth and account penetration.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage and grow existing accounts in the assigned territory.
  • - Hunt for new business relationships and major accounts, with a strong focus on Telco and Cable (Communication Service Providers).
  • - Develop, forecast, manage, and close sales of the Incognitos solutions including products and services.
  • - Ensure growth in sales revenues through planning, execution and collaboration within the Incognitos functional teams: Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product Management and Customer Support.
  • - Meet Sales quota through effective planning, relationship building, pipeline generation and follow-up through on sales processes.
  • - Manage the sales administration function including required reporting and forecasting.
  • - Drive sales and abide by Incognitos sales policies, practices and procedures.
  • **REQUIREMENTS**:- 10 years of experience in a high growth, communication service providers environment with a focus on OSS/BSS.
  • - BA/BS in business, marketing, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • - Contacts in the industry and territory (service providers, partners).
  • - Demonstrated ability to influence customers, internal stakeholders and teams through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills.
  • - Possess superior written and oral communication, time management, organizational and presentation skills with the ability to negotiate and collaborate to achieve vision.
  • - Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • LOCATION- Preferably Sao Paulo, alternatively Rio.
