O que você irá fazer

  • Nagras solutions enable consumers to access content seamlessly over any device through a compelling viewing experience.
  • MissionThe Sales Development Director (or Consultant) will be a candidate with 5-10 years experience selling into the Telco, ISP, Streaming operators, Direct to Consumer streaming platforms, Content providers, plus experience selling streaming video and security solutions.
  • The Sales Director will have a track record of developing new accounts, creating a strong list of leads and managing complex relationships.
  • ResponsibilitiesDevelop NAGRAVISION security business with new customers and markets in Latin America with MSOs, Telcos, OTT operatorsIdentify new opportunities and implement sales strategy through detailed account planningDevelop maximum understanding of customers business plans and technology needs as they relate to NAGRAVISION products & solutionsAnalyze Operator ecosystems, including but not limited to telcos, broadcasters, broadcast network operators, device vendors and system integrators, with the aim to identify and deliver new business opportunities to rapidly grow the NAGRAVISION business in the territoryNegotiate general contracts and pricing/payment terms for NAGRAVISION security solutions in customer account(s)Ensure that legal and ethical standards of NAGRAVISION are fully applied within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure that both regional and global resources (legal teams, solution experts, regional business development, senior management etc) are appropriately utilized to maximize customer account opportunities and/or manage issues.
  • Work with Product Units and Product-Line Management teams to define product requirements based on customer and market requirementsUnderstand short and long term government policies, as well as market & industry developments to help NAGRAVISION position itself to gain maximum advantage/minimize risks in the local marketClear and excellent communication across the matrix organizationEstablish and maintain close personal contact with key stakeholders and employees at all hierarchical levels customer account(s) via frequent and in-depth visits/consultationsMaintain and monitor KPIs: win/loss ratio, % of deals advancing by stage, share of wallet,Requirements / Profile5-10 years sales and business development experience with a proven track record of success in an international, multi-cultural business environmentContacts and business experience with telcos, MNOs, broadcasters, payTV operators and OTT providers in LatamKnowledge of current players in the industry and profound understanding of industry dynamics and trends.
  • Knowledge of security services and solutions in the digital TV environment is a plusDemonstrated achievement in sales and new client developmentStrong presentation skills; ability to tailor presentation and content of solutions to executive and business focused audiences, as well as technical professionalsDemonstrates executive presence via clear communication and implementation of win-win strategies.
