  • This pivotal role will lead our market entry strategy and build sustainable growth in Latin America''s largest commercial vehicle market.
  • Key ResponsibilitiesCo-develop and implement Brazil-focused marketing strategies encompassing market analysis, product positioning, pricing architecture, channel development, and promotional campaigns.
  • Establish clear sales targets and market governance frameworks aligned with corporate global strategy.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitors through SWOT and PESTLE methodologies.
  • Lead industry trend monitoring using ANFAVEA/SINDIPEÇAS market data and Statista reports.
  • Deliver monthly market share analysis with actionable insights for leadership team.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence database tracking pricing movements, product launches, and regulatory changes.
  • Product Localization LeadershipDrive product adaptation projects addressing Brazilian market requirements.
  • Oversee prototype development and INMETRO certification processes.
  • Optimize product configurations for regional needs.
  • Collaborate with R&D on new product development (NPD) and existing product improvement initiatives.
  • Commercial Activation ManagementDirect B2B marketing activities including:Annual participation in FENATRAN (Latin America''s largest commercial vehicle expo).
  • Key account acquisition programs for fleet operators and dealership networks.
  • VIP customer immersion experiences and technical workshops.
  • Develop localized promotional toolkits for field teams.
  • RequirementsCore QualificationsBachelor''s degree in Business/Engineering or related field.
  • Language: Native Portuguese + Business English.
  • 5+ years'' commercial leadership experience in:Heavy trucks/construction machinery.
  • Turnaround of underperforming markets.
  • Proven success in 01 market creation.
  • Deep knowledge of Brazil''s CV distribution networks.
  • Established relationships with fleet operators/dealerships.
  • Preferred ExperiencePrevious employment with leading OEMs.
  • Experience managing HQ-field office dynamics in multinational corporations.
