  • Life at Payoneer is a global community, where youll work with colleagues all over the world, serving small- and medium-sized business customers and partners in over 190 markets.
  • We are looking for a driven and detailed Sales BD Leader to lead our business development in Latin America (LATAM).
  • The Sales BD Leader will set the foundations for growth in the region, lead a team of BDs based in Brazil and Argentina, develop strategic partnerships, and win key accounts.
  • The ideal candidate will be prepared to identify market trends and opportunities, create a united business development team strategy, and influence our product roadmap while achieving goals and targets.
  • The Sales BD Leader will be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil or Buenos Aires, Argentina and will report directly to Head of LATAM Sales.
  • What youll do:Play an integral role in supporting Payoneers international expansion strategy in LATAMIdentify market opportunities, develop, and implement Biz Dev plan for the regionLead a strong team of BD''s based in Brazil and ArgentinaResponsible for direct selling activities, including lead generation, on-boarding, and relationship management for key targetsAchieve and exceed targets related with customer acquisition, total volume of payments, and revenues for each of our servicesCollaborate with regional and corporate teams to define Product and Marketing roadmaps that meet local needs and help building brand awareness in the marketCollaborate to build company brand and market awareness (with Marketing team support)Represent Payoneer by managing and monitoring the brand activity within the country, and by representing the company in the local market at events, in the local media, on social networks, or any other relevant communication/promotional channelWhat were looking for:8+ years of experience in business development and leadership within Fintech industryStrategic thinking coupled with ability to drive business end-to-end resultsAbility to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate needs and size the needed resources to enact business plansProven track record in meeting & exceeding targetsAbility to lead and project-manage across multiple functional areas and stakeholdersSelf-starter who proactively seeks ways to improve and drive business to next levelFast learner passionate for payments and Fintech worldStrong written and oral communication skills, both in English and Portuguese and/or SpanishFlexibility to travel domestic or internationalNot required but a plus:Experience working in cross boarder payments and ecommerceEntrepreneurial experience in a startup / growth companyJoin the Payoneer Family - check out Our Values and apply today!#LI-JE1Apply for this JobBy submitting an application to Payoneer for this position you agree to Payoneers Privacy Policy .
