O que você irá fazer

  • This will enable our sales teams to achieve remarkable success and provide unparalleled service to our clients.
  • **Main Responsibilities**:Process Management and Optimization:- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales processes, ensuring information flows effectively across different interfaces.
  • - Propose innovations and continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in sales processes and Sales Ops indicators.
  • Tactical Support to the Sales Team:- Directly support the sales team in administrative activities such as generating quotes, reports, and documentation.
  • - Ensure bureaucratic processes are completed efficiently and handle renewals and inquiries proactively.
  • Documentation Creation and Management:- Generate and maintain all necessary documentation for the efficient functioning of sales processes.
  • - Create support materials, presentations, and videos to facilitate the field team''s work and ensure high visual and informational quality.
  • Interdepartmental Integration and Management:- Facilitate process integration with systems like Salesforce and promote practical interfacing between various company departments.
  • - Participate in the planning and implementation projects that affect the sales system and its compatibility with existing systems.
  • - Maintain constant communication with the accounts team to ensure clients'' renewals and continued use of services.
  • International Communication and Support:- Communicate effectively with international accounts, managing necessary translations and adaptations in documents and processes.
  • Pricing Analysis and Strategy:- Develop pricing strategies, contributing to the analysis and definition of prices and discounts in collaboration with other areas.
  • **Qualifications (must have)**:- Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields; - Proven experience in developing and optimizing sales processes; - Experience with CRM systems, primarily Salesforce; - Relevant experience insales support or sales operations functions; - Previous experience incorporate environments focusing on B2B sales(will be a plus); - Previous experience inTechnology companies as a core product (in cybersecurity will be a plus); - Skill in developing and implementing pricing strategies, discount analysis, and definition (will be a plus); - Strong analytical skills and evaluation of data and numbers; - Fluent English for daily communication; - Ability to implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency; - Skill in translating and adapting documentation for international contexts; - Experience in supporting sales teams administratively and operationally; - Ability to communicateclearly and effectively and work effectively in multicultural environments.
