O que você irá fazer

  • You will be responsible for managing S&OP and S&OE team, developing long-term strategies, and helping the team connect with the Supply Chain vision.
  • Challenge the current state foster operations/asset transformation to building capability on their teams to be ready for technology updates (IA and remote monitoring).

  • **What You Will Do**- Ensure timely execution of the process with the use of right tools by the team.
  • - Properly definition of assumptions that will be part of the S&OP Scenarios, on the demand and supply side as well risks and opportunities considerations.
  • - Scenarios including the financial appraisal prepared by finance team.
  • - Coordinate and ensure the process execution in a weekly basis, with proper decision-making process based on demand and supply information.
  • - Weekly financial update in coordination with FP&A team to support the S&OE cycles.
  • - Ensure proper planning through S&OP organization of the mid-long-term plan for inventory and as well the execution of the inventory to support the service following the service proposition / market expectations by the Master Planning team.
  • - Sustain process execution in the region for S&OP, S&OE and scheduling (including production, purchase and inventory planning), with the right use of tools and consistent process.
  • - Work with Business Process Owner on best practices implementation and new system requirements/solutions to improving efficiency of the process and people.

  • - Critical and economic thinking oriented towards quick and effective decision-making to improve the profitability of our business.
  • **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Manager experience at different levels including executive level.
  • - 5 to 10 years of experience as a leading team in industries.
  • At least 5y leading at Supply Chain positions previously (SOE, Planner, Logistic)- Leadership in culture transformation.
  • - Strong communication skills to motivate people and collaborate with diverse areas across the organization and presentation skills.
  • - Leadership focused on developing people.
  • - Advanced/Fluent English- Bachelor''s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • Capability to influence others and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • - Knowledge of Demand planning, supply planning, inventory, and integrated business planning- Detail oriented Process - understanding the connections points and focus on simplification and strengthening of those connections.
  • - General knowledge about the company systems and tools supporting the planning process.
  • - Financial knowledge.
  • - Conflict Management - Fosters productive dialogue and manages high-tension situations with diplomacy and tact to maintain credibility and influence.
  • - Collaboration - ability to work with diverse profiles and high-performing teams.
  • **What Will Put You Ahead**- Individualized Leadership- A track record of coaching and developing team members to achieve their potential.
  • - Building high-performance teams- Humility (constructively facing reality)- Being open to the potential to develop and grow into senior leadership roles.
  • - Sense of urgency and prioritization- Data and metrics analysis (PBI, IA and Remote Monitoring Work)- APICS, CPIM or other Supply chain certification are a plus.
  • - Project management capability can be a comparative advantage.
  • - Ability to travel (when required and appropriate).
  • - Education in field of expertise like operations, supply chain management, business, engineering, or equivalent years of experience in Supply Chain field, Finance, Operations or Commercial roles.
