O que você irá fazer

  • The role will provide comprehensive, broad based support to the commercial managers leading the respective accounts of Mondelez and Unilever.
  • The role will be expected to become an integral component of the IFF Global accounts team this will include providing comprehensive administrative support, taking responsibility for regular client communication/interface in all formats, supporting on planning and execution of mid - long terms initiatives (both internal and client based) and lastly contribute to the development and subsequent commercial execution of the regional strategic account plan.

  • Comprehensive Administration Support**- Be a first point of contact for customers (both internal and external) related to commercial administration matters, projects, sampling and existing business queries.
  • - Work closely with other the IFF functions such as C&A, Marketing, SCI and the relevant IFF production facilities to manage, and see through to completion any actions relevant to the Customer projects / requests.
  • - Coordinate communications between the external customer and IFF departments and ensure timely reply to questions and follow-ups on actions.

  • Manage the necessary IFFMAN and Sales Force actions relating to sample request, price quotes and any other relevant topics.
  • - Ensure that Customer sampling and pricing requests are managed and completed within the agreed timeframe.
  • Ordering and progress tracking of samples and required documentation- As requested, support the commercial manager by running SAP business reports related to sales and order intake, plus any subsequent commercial review or discussion.
  • - Monthly review and feedback on execution of agreed actions related to strategic account plan.
  • - Setting up a daily touch point with commercial sales manager to review, discuss and mutually agree relevant actions required from the IFF team and relevant customer for agreed period i.
