O que você irá fazer

  • Technical Skills and Market Knowledge: Sales Management and Sales Processes: Mastery of commercial policies, pricing, trade terms, and sales conditions.
  • Sales Planning and Analysis: Ability to analyze sell-in, sell-out, and inventory data to optimize commercial strategies.
  • Excellence in CRM and BI: Experience with tools like Salesforce, Power BI, SAP, and ERPs for order management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • KPI Management: Variable Compensation, Campaigns, and Sales Programs, monitoring indicators such as sales volume, contribution margin, profitability, and commercial team performance.
  • Supply Chain and Commercial Logistics: Understanding the interface between sales and the supply chain to ensure product availability.
  • Behavioral Skills (Soft Skills) Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analytical skills to interpret numbers and turn insights into strategic actions.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Competence in interacting with internal and external clients, negotiating contracts, and commercial terms.
  • Results and Efficiency Focus: Goal-oriented profile focused on process optimization to enhance productivity.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to thrive in a dynamic market with frequent changes in demand and trends.
  • Experience and Education Requirements Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
  • An MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial areas, trade marketing, sales planning, or commercial administration; It is preferred in consumer goods companies.
  • Experience in leadership positions Advanced English
