O que você irá fazer

  • **Responsibilities**:Collaborate within a Scaled Agile Scrum team to identify and prioritize RPA opportunities that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and refine user stories and acceptance criteria for new stories in partnership with product owners and other stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, ensuring that they capture the needs of end-users and align with the overall project objectives.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for enhancement and automation.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for automated processes, including process diagrams, user guides, and system configurations.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure smooth adoption of new automated processes by end-users.
  • Measure and report on the performance of automated processes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • **Experience**:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
  • Solid experience in process automation domain, particularly with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI).
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in RPA projects, preferably with expertise in Power Platforms.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, stakeholder management, and requirements gathering.
  • Experience in writing user stories, creating process flows, and conducting stakeholder workshops.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to tackle complex processes and craft effective solutions.
  • Strong technical acumen with a thorough understanding of software architecture, data modeling, and integration principles, capable of effectively liaising between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic, Agile environment.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively map out and document process flow diagrams using visualization tools such as Miro, ensuring clear communication of processes and workflows to stakeholders across the organization.
