O que você irá fazer

  • Reporting to the HR Director, the ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our total rewards offerings remain competitive, compliant with local legislation, and aligned with the business s strategic objectives.
  • This role involves close collaboration with HR, finance, and external vendors to manage and optimize pay structures, salary reviews, and benefit offerings.
  • As a Rewards Specialist, you will: -Support the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • -Conduct data analysis and reporting to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • -Assist in the implementation of pay structures and job evaluations.
  • -Review compensation data and work on salary surveys and benchmarking projects.
  • -Collaborate with external vendors to review employee benefits packages, handle employee inquiries, and resolve issues.
  • -Prepare compensation reports for management, assist in pay structure updates, and participate in strategy meetings with the HR team.
  • What youll bring: -Extensive experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits administration within a multinational organization.
  • -Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Compensation or Benefits are a plus.
  • -Strong experience with compensation analysis and pay structure administration.
  • -Knowledge of Brazilian labor laws (CLT) and benefits regulations.
  • -Proficiency in data analysis and HR reporting tools.
  • -Experience working with global compensation tools and platforms.
  • -Knowledge of international benefits programs and reward strategies is a plus.
  • -Strong organization skills, maintaining a view of the overall projects while meeting critical milestones.
  • -Self-awareness, authenticity and a results-driven mindset, demonstrating an ability to work towards short-, medium- and long-term goals, balancing and committing to multiple agendas and tasks.
