  • Responsibilities The Opportunity Lead decision-making regarding promotional discounts detailed guidelines (Promo Menu) with in-depth analysis that includes consumer insights, benchmarks, competitor insights, financial indicators and Strategic Intent (Marketing & Trade-Marketing); Conduct detailed mix tracking in order to Identify Mix Opportunities, support prioritization of SKU mix based on a Heuristic Portfolio Scorecard.
  • Support SKU mix allocation; Work closely with Sales Finance, Trade-Marketing and Sales teams in order to ensure Promo Menu adoption and execution; Provide Promotional D&A inputs for forecast/IBP/AOP processes; Evaluate market share of the D&A and MIX initiatives, through Promo Simulator (D&A) and Heuristic Scorecard (MIX); Understanding of statistical modeling, conducting simulations and building/automating models to support decisions in all RGM Levers (eg: Elasticities) Track actual sellout promotions adherence versus Promo Menu; Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? 4 years+ of experience in RGM / Finance / Insights / Trade-Marketing / S&T Proven ability to formulate pricing D&A Promo strategies that enhance customers and PepsiCo profitability, fully dominating ROI calculation; Influencing skills demonstration of ability to influence both internal and external agenda at senior level; Full knowledge of econometrical/statistical and elasticity concepts and application in RGM decisions; Proficiency in advanced data & data analytics (excel, access, PBI); Strong analytical skills including the ability to effectively utilize data from multiple sources to drive decisions; Strategic thinking skills ability to review complex data, pulling out key insights & translating into high level storylines & concise practical plans for execution; Proven experience in consumer-packaged goods and/or strategy consulting; Flexibility; Dealing with Ambiguity (VUCA); Working in a matrix organization; Being collaborative, agile & resilient; Integrates and simplifies complex or competing information for timely decision making; Looks ahead to reasonably anticipate business opportunities and obstacles; Advanced/Fluent English and Spanish; If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
