O que você irá fazer

  • Pandora is seeking a dynamic and business-savvy Sales Trainer in Sao Paulo - Brazil.
  • The Sales Trainer will ensure sales professionals have comprehensive knowledge of products, retail operations, and selling techniques such as overcoming resistance and consultative selling.
  • This role will lead content strategy across the cluster, serve as a resource for field teams and leaders, and conduct training at all levels.
  • The trainer will act as a subject matter expert in sales training, product knowledge, sales processes, and retail operations, coaching teams in the field and facilitating large company meetings.
  • Key accountabilities: Plan, conduct, coordinate, and implement comprehensive training programs for sales teams Present at regional and company events Facilitate group trainings and team meetings Adjust translations to meet country-specific content needs Develop training programs on products, sales processes, retail business acumen, and management development Provide individual coaching on sales development Act as an ambassador of the PANDORA Brand What is needed to succeed: 3-5 years of experience as a corporate or professional sales trainer in performance-based sales teams Knowledge of retail sales environment and facilitation experience Experience in remote training delivery Bachelors degree in Business Management, Education, Communication, or Learning and Development Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint; knowledge of InDesign or similar graphics programs Instructional design, excellent presentation skills, and audience management If you see yourself in this role and want to be part of Pandoras future, please apply.
