O que você irá fazer

  • Leading a team of approximately 70 retail professionals and overseeing also the Training Department, this role ensures operational excellence, consistent brand standards, and best-in-class service execution across all touchpoints.
  • The ideal candidate combines strategic retail leadership, a passion for luxury beauty, and a deep understanding of the Brazilian retail landscape.
  • Key Responsibilities: Retail Operations & Field Team Leadership Lead, inspire, and manage the Retail Field Team, ensuring performance, motivation, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Drive sales and productivity KPIs across the retail network, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Ensure a luxury client experience in every store by maintaining high standards of customer service and boutique operations.
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure flawless in-store execution.
  • Retail Excellence & Performance Management Implement global and regional retail excellence strategies tailored to the Brazilian market.
  • Develop and monitor store performance dashboards and lead monthly performance reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and retail audit protocols, identifying and correcting gaps.
  • Launch and track local initiatives that enhance the customer journey and increase loyalty.
  • Training & Development Oversee the Training Department to design and deliver impactful training programs for beauty advisors and field teams (sales, product knowledge, clienteling, service standards).
  • Partner with HQ and regional teams to localize and implement global training content.
  • Drive the development and upskilling of retail talent, from onboarding to advanced coaching.
  • Establish a feedback loop from the field to continuously evolve training content based on market needs.
  • Team & Talent Development Build and maintain a high-performance culture through effective leadership, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Conduct regular store visits to engage with teams and ensure alignment on brand vision and priorities.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and grow top-tier retail talent.
  • Profile & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business or related field; MBA a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in retail leadership roles.
  • Mandatory previous experience in the luxury beauty or luxury fashion industry.
  • Proven experience managing large field teams and training functions.
  • Strong understanding of the Brazilian retail landscape, consumer behavior, and luxury expectations.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • French is a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for excellence and innovation.
