  • **JOB PURPOSE**:**Responsibilities**:- Develops Assistant and Trainee managers for self-sufficiency in driving high sales and profits.
  • - Leads international market entry strategies and execution plans as needed.
  • - Addresses requests from various head office departments.
  • - Delivers presentations to key stakeholders upon request.
  • - Manages recruitment, selection, training, and HR plans.
  • - Provides international market analysis and feasibility reports when required.
  • - Engages in community initiatives to foster business and goodwill.
  • - Handles employee relations and significant customer complaints directly.
  • - Prepares detailed business plans for international market entry when needed.
  • - Plans and prioritizes effectively.
  • - Operates within legal guidelines.
  • - Adapts to new procedures and standards as directed.
  • - Conducts timely in-house appraisals leading to personnel development plans.
  • - Maintains professionalism, especially in public settings.
  • - Refers media inquiries to the Area Manager/Marketing Director.
  • - Identifies customer profiles and targets the market accordingly.
