O que você irá fazer

  • This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and residents.
  • Key Responsibilities :Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and market share .
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns .
  • Manage room inventory and ensure optimal distribution across all channels .
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional offers and packages .
  • Prepare and present regular revenue reports and forecasts to senior management .
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly .
  • Ensure compliance with all revenue management policies and procedures .
  • Qualifications :Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field .
  • Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in the hotel and hospitality industry .
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions .
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail .
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills .
  • Proficiency in revenue management software and tools .
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines .
