  • We strive to generate value through providing specialist advice and making recommendations to optimize decision making, delivering transparent processes and implementing governance and controls to mitigate risk.
  • The primary role of Financial Shared Services function is to provide daily operational and documentation support related to account payables/receivables and invoice processing.
  • Key deliverables include, but are not limited to, processing various time and non-time related payments, including employee expense management, accurately computing and documenting all time and labor changes, reviewing and posting receipts, and reconciliations.
  • Lets talk about Responsibilities The primary objective of Credit and Collections (also known as Accounts Receivable in some geographies) specialization within Financial Shared Services Job Family is to check and verify cost accounting, collection and apply customer payments ensuring paid to terms, prepare invoices and vouchers, types, files, and/or balances accounts receivable records.
  • Uses office automated systems to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries.
  • Manage aging report to prevent receivables from aging.
  • Identify and contact customers who have past due balances to secure payments.
  • Collect on accounts receivable portfolios by adhering to and executing designated collection strategy with precision follow up and responsiveness.
  • May reconcile difficult accounts; late or bad debtors.
  • Performs work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles and concepts.
  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Experience in Excel, Word, Oracle or other Accounting Software is highly desirable.
