O que você irá fazer

  • Client Services:Serve as the primary escalation contact for broker-dealer questions and concerns from retail investment customers.
  • Respond to complex customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Interact with external customers to address questions related to trade activity, transaction activity, account statements, cash flow, and other operational matters.
  • Provide guidance on brokerage operations and regulatory requirements to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal customer service and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, services, and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Provide strong communication across borders, facilitating collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
  • Engage with customers to address a high volume of inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Process Improvement and Project Management:Proven track record of process improvement within brokerage operations and customer service.
  • Implement and streamline operational procedures to enhance overall workflow.
  • Develop and streamline operational processes using automation to support scaling in the US market.
  • Compliance:Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Conduct periodic compliance audits with the compliance team and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Requirements:Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications: FINRA SIE and FINRA Series 7 (Required) Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in brokerage operations, financial customer service, or financial account management roles within US financial markets.
  • Series 7 and SIE certifications.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Experience working with retail investors in the financial services space.
