  • It focuses on cutting-edge design and technology in the production and sales of passenger vehicles.
  • Responsibilites: Lead and coordinate the activities of Sales Consultants within the assigned region, ensuring alignment with overall commercial strategies and performance goals.
  • Analyze and present detailed sales performance diagnosticsincluding dealership metrics, regional results, and operational KPIsto the Sales Director, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and prepare strategic materials and action plans in collaboration with Sales Consultants to drive sales growth and regional market development.
  • Monitor and report monthly on regional sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Foster strong partnerships with the regional dealer network by co-leading sales and marketing initiatives that enhance brand presence and boost commercial performance.
  • Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing; MBA is a strong plus Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in commercial and sales roles, preferably in regional or field operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Willingness and availability for frequent travel across regions.
  • Location: Hybrid work in the Morumbi region, 5 days on-site and 1 day of home office.
