  • The role We are looking for a Business Development Lead , to drive our growth as the first-choice VDR provider in Brazil .
  • Based in Sao Paulo and reporting directly to the VP of Sales, youll lead a high-performing sales team to foster key partnerships, explore untapped verticals, and continue our stand-out growth performance.

  • What you will do Lead a team of field sales professionals Manage business development metrics and drive functional outcomes Hire key talent and own a rapid onboarding process for new team members Foster collaboration within the team and across the customer lifecycle Encourage continuous learning & development within the team Mentor and coach your team to meet personal and business goals Drive the performance appraisal process along with defining operational metrics for the team Align with marketing, product, customer success, finance, and executive teams around objectives Cultivate new business and develop partnerships Support closure of strategic deals and nurturing partnerships to ensure both immediate and long-term success Lead by example in setting team vision, interacting with customers, managing deals, participating in company leadership forums, and attending industry events that demonstrate our values Keeping up to date on markets, segments, customers, emerging markets, market shifts, new products, competition status, external forces and feeding insights into planning Representing the company at industry events Lead by example by actively participating in the sales process to contribute revenue to the team goal.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Participate in negotiations, contract discussions, and other complex sales activities What you bring 8 years of hands-on experience in new business development sales At least 2 years of outbound sales managerial experience Experience with managing high-velocity and volume sales strategy Professional sales background within the B2B SaaS industry Solid experience in system transactional sales, sales methodology, and techniques, sales and negotiation practices Experience motivating, coaching, and developing teams Experienced in managing at least 4 employees across field sales teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm Driven to deliver the best customer experience Nice to have A strong advantage of experience in financial or consulting fields, understanding M&A Our assessment process Screening call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (45 mins) Data Analytics Test Task Assignment (1-2 hours) Managerial Roleplay (1 hour) Competency Based Interview (1 hour) Unrivaled recognition Were proud to be celebrated by our customers and teammates G2 Market Leader Based on 500+ reviews 4.
