O que você irá fazer

  • Earners and riders are the people who connect in our marketplace - and we manage both sides, ensuring competitive pricing and accurate pick-up times for our riders, while also guaranteeing equitable earnings and optimal utilization for our drivers.
  • Our goal is to strike the right balance between growth and profitability, and this requires judgment to make difficult trade-offs, blending algorithms with human ingenuity, and the ability to create simplicity from complexity.
  • As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketplace pricing and incentives strategy for our products across LatAm, running large investments, supervising business performance and executing business analysis for continuous improvement.
  • This role is vital in ensuring that our marketplace remains competitive, efficient, and aligned with our company''s strategic objectives, and requires strong intuition for business, as well as analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • **What You''ll Do**- Outline, implement and manage pricing and incentives strategies and experiments.
  • - Develop and monitor financial targets, marketplace health metrics and competition moves in order to develop action plans to reach our strategic goals and enable data-driven business decisions.
  • - Propose and develop data analysis and XPs to support business decisions regarding growth opportunities.
  • - Coordinate projects with our cross-functional teams to improve processes and tools.
  • - Build and maintain relationships with local and global partners, assertively communicating and presenting ideas, findings and insights to assist the decision making process**What You''ll Need**- Minimum 2 years of work experience in operations, product, strategy or project management- Strong undergraduate degree, preferably with a focus on engineering, statistics, operations or business- Ability to think strategically, handle ambiguity, and problem solve in a fast-paced multicultural environment- Data-driven decision making mentality; you use data to solve problems and you can effectively translate quantitative findings into action plans- Accountability with the capacity to work autonomously, own and complete projects- Strong communication and presentation skills- SQL + Basic Statistics knowledge- English proficiency**Preferred Qualifications**- Experience in tech/startup or entrepreneurship- Experience crafting experiments- Python knowledge
