O que você irá fazer

  • Primary functions include: leading product initiatives and launches, ensuring all stakeholders deliver on expectations; setting targets, analyzing sales at region and store level and proposing results-oriented actions to achieve objectives; liaising with corporate merch and stores, stock optimization, sharing regular product feedback and market opportunities while streamlining information to ensure impact.

  • Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Regional Merchandiser, you will serve as a Brand ambassador.
  • You are expected to demonstrate exceptional expertise in local business and ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies tailored to the region needs.
  • Main Duties & Responsibilities include:Support overarching Zone product priorities and launches.
  • Set targets with RVP and store teams, develop strategies and implement results-oriented actions to accomplish objectives.
  • Analyze sales at region and store level; ensure targets by gender and category are met consistently throughout the year.
  • Proactively partner with stores and regional teams on action plans to address underperforming businesses and areas of opportunity.
  • Lead product initiatives and key launches for the region.
  • Plan and communicate adequately in advance, coordinate cross-functional partners, and monitor progress closely to ensure expectations are delivered.
  • Report financial results, share qualitative feedback during and after project concludes.
  • Manage calendar of product initiatives and launches; share with region sufficiently in advance to plan and action on.
  • Be the local high end/luxury expert, providing market expertise and competitive feedback to corporate merchandising team.
  • Ensure all product launches and initiatives are in play consistently throughout all stores.
  • Improve business acumen in region.
  • Share tools, train and empower teams to be self-sufficient, impactful business drivers.
  • Host regular product trainings for company priorities, in partnership with Learning team.
  • Elevate Supply Chain opportunities regarding stock levels, pullbacks, event support, peak season and everyday business.
  • Work with Finance on stock optimization and reduce depreciation.
  • Be the liaison between corporate and stores.
  • Drive merchandising priorities and tailor them to the region needs.
  • ProfileWork Experience/Skills:General:Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strength of character to manage a range of stakeholders.
  • Organized & detail-oriented.
  • Ability to identify effective, resourceful and simple solutions in how this function supports the retail business.
  • Specific:Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to execute tasks with a hands-on approach.
  • Bilingual speaker (Portuguese & English).
  • Knowledge & Experience:Minimum 10-year relevant experience in Brazil.
  • Education:BA or BS required.
  • Advanced degree or professional certification such as MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Others:Excellent follow up and organizational skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving profile.
  • Adapt quickly to change, detail-oriented.
  • Additional InformationWe specifically seek an entrepreneurial leader with multi-category buying experience, strong business acumen, a proven track record analyzing product and financial reports to drive business results and expert knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
  • BA or BS is required, MBA is preferred.
