  • The Regional Manager Sales Latam will be responsible for overseeing the sales evolution in Latin America (within different sub-regions) from Mexico to Argentina with the objective of maximizing revenue, maintaining and building relationships.
  • The Regional Manager will manage a team from 3 to 12 people with different roles: managers, KAMs, SAMs.
  • The Regional Manager will also manage selected accounts while dedicating more of their time to coaching their team on business and soft skills during 1-on-1 sessions and ride-alongs.
  • This role will interact with key commercial contacts at networks in order to secure commercial success on a regular basis.
  • Responsibilities: Review weekly and monthly performance trends for markets and commitments and planned client visits for the week.
  • Assist the team in account planning, visit preparation, and client visits, keeping an observing attitude.
  • Mentor the KAM/SAM in both business and soft skills according to each persons needs.
  • Discuss portfolio performance, strategy, and next steps, coaching on selling skills and visit scheduling for next week.
  • Close relevant deals being contact point for key clients.
  • Handle analysis and admin (bookings, internal reporting, interactions with others).
  • Requirements: Fluent in English.
  • Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Solid knowledge of Sales and Account Management in the wholesaler segment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High degree of interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with senior executives.
  • Dynamic, outgoing personality and self-motivated.
  • Creative with a high degree of customer focus and results-oriented.
  • Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Law.
  • Accredited experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years sales experience in the travel industry.
  • Experience within the company is highly desired.
  • Excellent computer literacy and basic understanding of some technical solutions used by sales companies (especially Tableau and Sales Force).
