  • Fluency in English & Spanish is a must haveFluency in French or Portuguese is highly desirable**Role Responsibilities**:Conduct comprehensive talent searchesContinuously analyze the market and competitorsDrive the recruitment process from needs analysis to advertising, selection, and pre-boarding, adhering to Epiroc global policies and collaborating closely with operational HR and managersProactively build the talent pipeline using variety sourcing techniquesEnsure excellent pre-boarding aligned with regional needsContinuously analyze and enhance processes and workflows, leveraging digitization and agile methodology for greater efficienciesBecome an expert in selected assessment toolsChampion data-driven approachesCollaborate actively with HR colleagues locally, regionally, and globallyContribute actively to the development of the HR Regional Center of Excellence.
  • **Your Expertise**:Bachelors degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or similar recommendedMinimum 3+ years'' experience in a similar role with a strong recruitment track recordFluency in English & Portuguese is a must haveAbility to manage average 20+ requisitionAbility to hire in a variety of domains such as Field Service Technicians, Marketing & Communications, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Production, Site Safety, Quality etc.
