O que você irá fazer

  • We focus on the CPG, OEM, Packaging, and Industrial Automation sectors specifically and have a physical presence in the USA, Europe, and Brazil.
  • About The RoleAs a result of our expansion into the LATAM region, and in alignment with recent business growth, we require several recruitment researchers to help support our recruitment efforts across North America, LATAM, and Europe.
  • You will be responsible for conducting research, market analysis, and candidate sourcing to ensure our clients have access to the best candidates for our exclusive recruitment mandates.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment whilst contributing to the success of our business and helping change the fortunes of our clients and candidates.
  • Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to identify potential candidates, industries, and companies; Utilize varioussourcing methods, including online databases, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract passive candidates; Screen and assess candidates to ensure their qualifications align with client requirements; Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs; Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies; Stay up-to-datewith industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sourcing.
  • The PersonYou must be able to read, write, and speak the English language fluently as our business language is English.
  • You will be requested to complete in-person tests to qualify for this.
  • Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience working within recruitment research and/or candidate sourcing.
  • However, we will happily talk to candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong research, analytical IT skills, attention to detail, and an enthusiastic attitude and can-do mindset.
  • We will also consider someone who has worked in a pre-sales environment.
  • You will be competent with MS Office - particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • We are offering a starting salary of 4000 - 6000 BRL per month, plus commission for successfully sourcing candidates that are placed with our clients and an end-of-year bonus.
  • We foresee that this role will develop into a consultant within our organization within 18 - 24 months.
