  • What the Role is About and Why We Need You As a Recovery Analyst at Company, you will play a critical role in managing the legacy financing operations by focusing on recovering delinquent and defaulted loans.
  • You will engage directly with clients, ensuring effective communication and resolution while maintaining professionalism.
  • This role requires a combination of excellent interpersonal skills, resilience, and a structured approach to recovery efforts.
  • Your work will help ensure the financial integrity of our historical loan portfolio while contributing to the overall success of the business.
  • Responsibilities:Manage delinquent and defaulted loans, ensuring maximum recovery.
  • Develop and implement recovery strategies and processes tailored to client needs.
  • Generate and send payment notices, following up on overdue payments.
  • Handle client interactions to resolve payment issues professionally and empathetically.
  • Monitor recovery performance, analyzing results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the credit and legal teams to ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • What We Are Looking For We are looking for a driven professional with experience in debt recovery and a knack for handling challenging client interactions.
  • You should be adaptable, solutions-focused, and confident in navigating complex situations while maintaining a positive client relationship.
  • Key Attributes:Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in managing difficult conversations.
  • Resilience and professionalism when handling tough situations.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt recovery strategies as needed.
  • Expertise You Need to Have At least 2 years of experience in a debt recovery role.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Solid understanding of financial concepts.
  • Proven ability to manage client interactions with professionalism and tact.
