  • Position Overview : The Real Estate Financial Analyst will support the company''s investment and financial operations, focusing on financial modeling, budgeting, and property evaluation.
  • This role involves analyzing current investment properties and assessing new acquisition opportunities.
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to interpret financial statements are essential for success.
  • Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain financial models for current and potential investment properties.
  • Analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) to assess asset performance.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting for investment properties.
  • Conduct underwriting and financial analysis for potential property acquisitions.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Qualifications : Strong Excel skills (financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis).
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Solid understanding of investment analysis and underwriting principles.
  • Proficiency in Outlook for communication and reporting.
  • Nice-to-Haves : Knowledge of real estate finance concepts (NOI, Cap Rate, IRR).
  • Experience with commercial real estate financial modeling.
