ResponsibilitiesJob SummaryReporting to the Team Leader, the QA Engineer we seek shall handle New Product Development, Investigate In-Process and Customer Claim, Support Process Requirements and Customer Requirements.
Investigate and prepare customer claim, field claim and in-process problem reportIssue Abnormality Treatment Report on customer claim and route it to the related section for informationRecord the customer claim on the Customer Claim Database and monitor the claim board daily, reporting to ManagementCoordinate meetings with the in-charge section for claim investigationPrepare Parts Investigation Report and support requestVerify claims and process situations on the customer sideQualificationsGraduate of Electronics Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringProficient in the use of MS Office applicationsAbove average communication, organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
