  • We work cross-functionally with Risk, Compliance, Data, and Engineering to allow Brex to scale efficiently, keeping quality top of mind.
  • What youll doThe Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst will be responsible for executing the QA function for the various operations teams.
  • Youll work closely with each team leader and key cross-functional partners to perform quality assurance audits and report on results.
  • ResponsibilitiesQA Operations casesTrack and report the results of QAs performedIdentify hot spots Management can address to boost QA scoresOwn and update all QA-related material/processesCreate new QA procedures as Brex growsParticipate in projects that contribute to Operations/ComplianceRequirementsBachelor''s DegreeProfessional proficiency in spoken and written EnglishAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while successfully adapting to changeFinance or fintech experienceExperience in Excel or GSuite productsMust be willing to work in the office 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday, starting September 1st, 2025 when we open our Sao Paulo officeBonus pointsExperience with data tools such as Looker or Tableau*Applications must be submitted in English in order to be considered.
