  • SUMMARYThe Publisher Partnerships Manager will be a crucial member of a growing team that will support development in meeting its goals and providing best in class customer service to clients.
  • This role involves partnering with key publishers and internal stakeholders to drive revenue through effective management and data-driven solutions.
  • Success requires a focus on revenue growth, publisher satisfaction, adaptability to a dynamic environment, and contribution to scalable solutions.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversees the growth and development of a large group portfolio, with the goal of driving new active partnerships.
  • - Offering support and guidance across the portfolio, providing introductory advice and understanding the partner goals to support a good ROI growth.
  • -- Point of escalation for resolving publisher issues, supported by wider back office function (Publisher Support).
  • - Supports the Clients Services (CS) group, working closely with Senior CS leaders.
  • - Developing, maintaining, and extending relationships internally and externally.
  • - Good understating of Rakuten Advertising products, to upsell and increase adoption.
  • - Diversifying partnership opportunities and offering marketing support and guidance.
  • - Directing and supervising project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects- Defining project objectives, scope, and resource requirements in alignment with business goals.
  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)- Minimum 5+ year experience in the digital marketing, publisher or affiliate marketing.
  • - Bachelor''s degree, or internship experience preferred.
  • - Good level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • - Advanced English & Portuguese (desired).
  • - Knowledge of publisher business models, to standardize approach to opportunity sizing.
