  • Join our Partnerships Acquisition team and play a key role in expanding our publisher network to drive business growth in existing and new markets.
  • We go beyond offering creative solutions to our clients and partnerswe actively shape them by leveraging our expertise in performance marketing, products, and industry insights to redefine how people shop online and how our partners enhance their profitability.
  • As a Partnership Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting new affiliate partners, onboarding them, and driving their activation on our Brazilian network and other LATAM markets.
  • This position involves crafting acquisition strategies, forecasting the partnership pipeline, managing relationships with various partners, guiding publishers through onboarding and activation processes, and representing Rakuten Advertising at events and with potential partners across the region.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting and engaging with potential partners.
  • Take ownership of the strategy and execution for building new partnerships in Brazil.
  • Pinpoint strategically aligned organizations to drive Rakuten Advertisings growth in Brazil and key LATAM markets.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Research and identify potential partners across various industries, geographies, and areas of expertise.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, balancing company objectives, efficiency, priorities and economic potential.
  • Share up-to-date information about Rakuten products and enhancements with partners.
  • Develop sales proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies.
  • Proactively address issues as they arise, evaluate potential solutions, and implement them effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong narrative-style to craft compelling business plans and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain a pipeline of potential partners, overseeing relationships, acquisition, and activation at every stage.
  • Create processes and strategies for onboarding and activating partners in a strategic manner.
  • Be willing to travel, attend conferences, and participate in in-person meetings.
  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) 5+ years of experience in hunting and managing digital key account sales in B2B related areas preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
  • Excellent level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced English & Portuguese (desired).
  • Knowledge of digital and performance marketing business models, to standardize approach to opportunity sizing.
