  • Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Property Law Junior Associate to support project management initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will have a background in property law with experience in title research, mineral rights, and ownership calculations.
  • This role is critical to providing high-quality reports and maintaining accurate land records for clients, enabling successful project execution.
  • Key Responsibilities: Title Research:Conduct thorough research of county records to determine surface and mineral ownership using online databases.
  • Documentation:Analyze and document findings to create comprehensive reports for clients.
  • Compliance:Ensure research and documentation meet deadlines for internal and client needs.
  • Collaboration:Work independently and with teams to adapt to evolving business priorities.
  • Qualifications:Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience in title or mineral research or related property law.
  • Familiarity with property rights and ownership research.
  • Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with property law or similarPreferred Experience: Knowledge of energy or resource-based industries.
  • Experience supporting US-based teams in land or property management.
  • Degree in Law or associate (Juris Doctorate or equivalent) preferred, especially with relevant property law experience.
