, Australia, Brazil, Japan, Singapore, and Romania Partners across Europe, Asia, and the Americas 3,000+ projects delivered worldwide Core Strengths: 20+ years of industry expertise Publicly listed (Shanghai Stock Exchange) End-to-end solutions from R&D to after-sales support Strong international footprint with localized service Job Responsibilities: Overseas Project Management Take charge of the full-process management of overseas market projects, ensuring that projects are completed within the scheduled time, quality standards, and cost budget.
Meanwhile, maintain good relationships with overseas customers and enhance the company''s popularity and influence in the overseas market.
This includes project acquisition and management, customer needs analysis and exploration, and risk management.
Contract Compliance and Delivery Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the contract scope, according to the specified budget, quality, and schedule.
Sales Support and Project Preparation Provide technical support for bidding.
Determine the project implementation plan (quality, cost, schedule, and resources) based on the contract.
Coordinate procurement in an overall manner.
Plan the project communication strategy and coordinate multi-level internal and external communication.
Full Lifecycle Project Management Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and acceptance stages of the project after handover.
Monitor the project scope, schedule, cost, and quality to ensure that the project achieves its goals.
Identify and manage project risks.
Handle project changes.
Guide the installation, commissioning, and acceptance work at the project site.
Regularly produce project management documents according to the process.
Organize project process assets and summarize experiences.
Team and Stakeholder Management Check the work progress of project team members and solve their work difficulties in a timely manner.
Regularly announce team performance and report the project status to customers and management.
Manage sales and customer needs and maintain good relationships with project stakeholders.
Cost and Other Affairs Management Analyze and manage abnormal costs and cooperate in submitting cost forecasts.
Qualifications: Education A bachelor''s degree or above.
An overseas study background is preferred.
Major Relevant science and engineering majors such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, and electronics.
Experience Have 2 - 3 years of project management experience in the warehouse logistics automation industry.
Have successfully been in charge of multiple projects and be proficient in the full-cycle project management process and the application of relevant tools.
Knowledge and Skills Hold a PMP certificate and be proficient in the project management body of knowledge.
Have knowledge in multiple fields such as machinery, electricity, and software, and be able to effectively solve technical problems and coordinate different professional teams.
Have excellent target and plan management abilities, and be able to accurately plan and flexibly adjust project plans.
Have strong communication skills, be good at communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders, and have the ability to quickly learn new knowledge and concepts.
Have a broad perspective, be good at team building and management, and be able to improve team efficiency.
Be dedicated, proactive, and have a strong sense of responsibility, always committed to ensuring the successful delivery of projects and pursuing the maximization of overall benefits.
Language Be fluent in English, able to communicate and handle English project materials without barriers.
Portuguese is a plus.
Requirement This position requires a travel frequency.
Be highly flexible and willing to take on work assignments at home and abroad for several weeks.
