  • This role involves overseeing complex project execution, establishing strategic direction, and serving as the primary liaison between the Professional Services team and its most critical clients.
  • The scope includes managing relationships with stakeholders (champions, coaches, technical buyers, economic buyers), account leadership, and key decision-makers involved in project execution.
  • Main Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution Develops and leads the execution of high-impact projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

  • Presents project updates, successes, and challenges to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with client objectives and goals.
  • Remains attentive to feedback, consistently seeking to enhance the perceived value for the client.
  • Risk Management and Quality Assurance Identifies and mitigates project risks, ensuring proactive resolution to minimize disruptions and achieve project goals.
  • Maintains rigorous quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, conducting regular reviews and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
