  • About the Job : The successful candidate will join the PMO (Project Management Office), supporting initiatives, developing metrics, standards, and management models.
  • As a Project Manager, they will handle various projects, including software development, cloud solutions, and integrations, leading and managing teams.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and standardssuch as risk management, time management, and trend analysisis essential.
  • Responsibilities : As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to facilitate successful project delivery.
  • Responsibilities include working with Product Operations, Software Development, and Quality Engineering teams to resolve technical or business impediments, developing and driving project plans with clear milestones, and coordinating activities across affected departments, including end users and internal groups.
  • Must Have Skills : Proven experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Strong communication, leadership, proactive attitude, and knowledge of project management and agile practices.
  • Solid understanding of formal project management standards.
  • Nice to Have Skills : Experience managing project budgets and resources to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques for insights and decision-making.
  • Certifications such as PMP or PSM.
