  • About the Job : The successful candidate will join the PMO (Project Management Office) to assist with initiatives, develop metrics, standards, and management models.
  • As a project manager, they will handle various projects, including software development, cloud solutions, and integrations, leading and coordinating teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and standards such as risk management, time management, and trend analysis is essential.
  • Responsibilities : As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include overseeing and coordinating multiple projects to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to facilitate successful project outcomes.
  • Specific duties include: Working with Product Operations, Software Development, and Quality Engineering teams to resolve technical or business impediments.
  • Developing and executing plans with clear milestones.
  • Engaging with all affected areas, including end users and internal groups, to coordinate project activities.
  • Must Have Skills : Proven experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Strong communication, leadership, proactive attitude, and knowledge of project management and agile practices.
  • Solid understanding of formal project management standards.
  • Nice to Have Skills : Experience managing project budgets and resources within financial constraints.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques for insights and decision-making.
  • PMP or PSM certification.
