All about the role: We''re currently looking for a Project Leader Specialist, who will work alongside the Technology Domain in the design and development of solutions for existing and new mechanical and/or electronic product components aiming to optimize cost and improve quality applied for Fabric Care products.
  • What you'll do: You will be a key collaborator in ensuring Electrolux stays at the forefront of cost, innovation, working towards the successful implementation of new solutions in different sectors.

  • In detail, you will: - Work on the project management for large projects and initiatives for Fabric Care product line.
  • - Organize and control project activities and requirements.
  • - Develop and control project schedule - Identify the risk and opportunities for the project - Elaborate the product structure and cost of the products inside the project - Make a clear communication of the project requirements and status, coordinating meetings and information through the areas involved.
  • - Manage the project activities around all the areas involved in the project - Manage cost and investments of the project - Make project report and follow the Electrolux Project Management System (EPM gate) and follow the requirements and procedures.
  • As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
  • Who you are: - Bachelor''s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related areas, desirable MBA; - Experience with project management; - Available to handle with large projects and initiatives; - Knowledge of PMP; - Availability to travell when necessary; - Advanced Office skills; - Advanced English.
  • - Spanish is a plus.
  • Where you'll be: You will be based at the Guabirotuba plant in Curitiba.
