O que você irá fazer

  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure that structural and architectural aspects are implemented correctly.
  • Monitor compliance with construction codes, fire codes, and industry regulations.
  • Project Coordination & DocumentationConduct case studies and research for project presentation purposes.
  • Prepare progress reports and updates on project milestones.
  • Coordinate with various departments, contractors, and suppliers to resolve project-related concerns.
  • Attend contractor and supplier meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Quality Assurance & ComplianceConduct quality assurance tests to ensure materials and procedures meet industry standards.
  • Monitor compliance with QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
  • Stay updated with new construction materials and innovations to improve project quality.
  • QualificationsProficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction/project management software.
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with building codes, fire codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills for effective coordination.
  • Location RequirementMust be willing to be assigned in Biñan, Laguna.
  • Minimum of at least 4-5 years of experience in vertical developments (mid- to high-rise buildings).
  • Strong construction background with expertise in structural and architectural execution.
  • EducationBachelor''s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer.
