O que você irá fazer

  • Ensuring roles, responsibilities, and scope are known within the project team.
  • Planning and overseeing project tasks from procurement to completion.
  • Preparing detailed project plans to schedule key milestones, workstreams, and activities.
  • Managing and monitoring stakeholder deliveries, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and aligned with objectives.
  • Tracking project progress and providing regular status reports to the team and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring costs to ensure the project stays within budget.
  • Ensuring internal and customer procedures are correctly followed.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks affecting time, scope, and quality.
  • Managing communication with customers and internal areas, including change orders and customer complaints, to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Traveling to project sites to monitor physical progress.

  • Audit Compliance ISO: Maintaining ISO process conformance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Interacting with supply chain to align project with customer expectations.
  • Qualifications, Experience & SkillsMinimum qualifications include developing clear communication, building strong customer relationships, interpreting financial data, and balancing stakeholder needs.
  • Skills required include the ability to work independently, plan and schedule tasks, visit customer sites, communicate effectively, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
