  • Job Description Reporting to our Programmatic Director, you''ll contribute to guiding media performance and account growth.
  • Your main responsibilities will include activation and optimisation, reporting and insights, testing and data analysis, and client communication across large & complex accounts.
  • Responsibilities Optimize campaign performance across programmatic platforms, striving to refine tactics for our clients.
  • Develop insights to inform our client's strategies.
  • Partner with Business Development to develop strategies for prospective clients.
  • Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication.
  • Collaborate across our teams to create holistic advertiser solutions which span all areas of the digital spectrum.
  • Interpret attribution modeling and 3rd party analytics data.
  • Engage deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions.
  • Mentor and educate more junior staff as the business expands.
  • Qualifications Knowledge & Experience Requirements 2+ years of experience in Display and Programmatic advertising in an agency environment.
  • Knowledge of display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad networks, demand site platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies, specifically within the Google Marketing Platform.
  • Expertise in managing campaigns within DSPs like DV360, Amazon, & The Trade Desk.
  • Experience with numerical detail, analysis, and using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are essential.
  • Business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality documents.
  • Demonstrate a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands.
  • Ability to experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
