  • Are you ready to be a pioneer? Do you want to build something new, work on complex and dynamic environment and drive scalable recruitment in our marketplace?We are looking for a talented Program Manager to scale our Selling Partner Recruitment channel by scaling a new sales channel in Brazil.
  • The Program Manager will define strategies, goals and input metrics of a new mass selling partner recruitment channel and will take a hands-on approach to implement those strategies, ensuring we achieve the proposed plan and scale the new sales channel in Brazil.

  • Key job responsibilities- Define lead pool for Partners in Brazil and help Account Manager to approach and convert them to the program.
  • Ensure partner onboarding process is well executed.
  • - Define overall program goals, objectives, inputs/output metrics, and business reporting cadence.
  • - Plan the expansion of the program, developing and executing the go-to-market strategy (marketing and PR).
  • - Manage data tracking, reporting and analysis to provide Partners and Account Managers with practical recommendations and insights on how to improve performance.
  • - Define operating models for the sales program, including best practices, SOPs, internal processes, and training materials.
  • - Work closely with Tax, Legal, Accounting and other support functions to map and deliver the program requirements for expansion, defining the SOP for payment, processing and invoice management.
  • - Collaborate with Head of Marketplace, Product and Program managers to drive strategic program and product adoption by the Selling Partners- Be a passionate expert on helping our Partners and Selling Partners by capturing pain points and quantifying their impact.
  • - Define roadmap and deploy new products and features that can help Partners to achieve success in the program and AMs to work more efficiently and deliver results.
  • - MBA or similar relevant advanced degree is preferred - 10+ years of impacting a Sales Strategy and Operations, Marketing, Finance, or other related fields - SQL or coding skills.
  • - Experience working within a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial - Proven experience with the creation, development and implementation of systems/tools utilized for CRM, sales planning, revenue reporting, forecasting, sales force automation etc.
  • - Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization - Strong bias for action, ability to independently deliver results while working remotely
