  • We are looking for a Program Manager to support the cluster leadership in overseeing multiple initiatives related to embedded digital solutions for the elevator industry.
  • This role will focus on tracking progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and facilitating smooth operations across the cluster.
  • Key Responsibilities: Program and Project Monitoring: The Program Manager will be responsible for tracking the progress of initiatives within the cluster, ensuring transparency and timely updates.
  • This includes supporting the prioritization and follow-up of deliverables from the different development teams to ensure alignment with overall objectives.
  • Additionally, the role involves maintaining reports and dashboards to provide visibility on ongoing projects and key milestones.
  • Budget and Financial Planning Support: The Program Manager will assist in tracking the clusters budget and forecast, ensuring financial plans align with strategic priorities.
  • Additionally, they will monitor expenses and ensure that approvals follow company policies, providing structured oversight of financial operations.
  • Administrative and Process Coordination: This role involves supporting track hiring, promotions, salary adjustments, and offboarding processes within the cluster, ensuring administrative activities run smoothly.
  • The Program Manager will also oversee vacation planning and team travel, ensuring proper resource allocation without impacting project deliveries.
  • Furthermore, they will help enforce compliance with internal processes and administrative requirements.
  • Cross-Team Initiative Coordination: The Program Manager will assist in tracking activities related to architecture, test automation and cybersecurity across the cluster, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • They will follow up on hardware and software release schedules and program definitions, facilitating communication between teams and departments to optimize efficiency and coordination.
  • Governance and Operational Efficiency: This role will ensure that operational processes are consistently followed across the cluster, maintaining structured documentation and follow-up mechanisms for key activities.
  • The Program Manager will also provide support in organizing and tracking cross-functional programs, ensuring visibility and structured execution of business objectives.
  • Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or masters degree in Project Management, Business, or Engineering is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in program or project management in technical environments.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and tracking skills.
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills, with the ability to design and deliver effective presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data visualization and supporting analysis.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams in a global environment.
  • Soft Skills: Highly collaborative with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment, managing multiple priorities and adjusting to shifting requirements.
  • Language: Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, engineering, etc.
